  • Entering the correct shipping address

  • Reviewing all details before placing an order

We are not responsible for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Wrong address provided

  • Change of mind

  • Not liking the item after receiving it

📦 5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Once your order is shipped, it is no longer our responsibility.

  • The package is then in the hands of the shipping company.

  •  Steps royale is NOT responsible for:

    • Lost packages

    • Stolen packages

    • Delayed packages

    • Damaged packages during shipping

All shipping issues must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.

🚫 6. Chargebacks & Fraud

  • Any false chargebacks or payment disputes will result in:

    • A permanent ban from purchasing from Steps royale

    • Evidence being submitted to the payment provider

Steps royale reserves the right to:

  • Refuse service to anyone

  • Cancel any order if fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity is suspected
